This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders both domestically and internationally.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

During peak seasons, holidays, or sales events, order processing times may extend slightly due to high volume.

If we experience any significant delay in shipment, we will notify you by email.


2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, destination, and shipping method selected.
You’ll see the final shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Domestic Shipping (within [Insert Country])

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

International Shipping

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing:

  • Standard International Shipping: 10–20 business days

  • Express International Shipping: 5–10 business days

Note: International shipments may experience delays due to customs clearance or local postal processing.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your Bavocado account or using the “Track My Order” section on our website.

If you haven’t received your tracking email within 5 business days of purchase, please contact us at support@bavocado.com.


4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

All international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Bavocado is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from customs inspections.


5. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If you enter an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us immediately at support@bavocado.com.

While we’ll do our best to assist, once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes or rerouting.


6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or delayed in transit:

  1. First, check your tracking link and contact the carrier.

  2. If the issue remains unresolved, email support@bavocado.com and include your order number.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.
Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled or modified.
