Return Policy
At Bavocado, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right. This Refund & Return Policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.

A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Ineligible Items
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, beverages)

Personal care, hygiene, or beauty products (for sanitary reasons)

Digital or downloadable goods

Gift cards or store credits

Sale, clearance, or final-sale items
If an item is not eligible for return, this will be clearly stated on the product page.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bavocado.com with:

Photos of the item and packaging
We’ll review the issue and send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost once verified.
3. How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return:

Email support@bavocado.com with your order number and reason for return.

Wait for our team to provide a Return Authorization (RA) and shipping instructions.

Pack the item securely and send it back to the address provided.
Note:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:

We’ll notify you by email that your item has been received and approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10 business days, please check with your bank or card provider. Processing times can vary depending on your financial institution.
5. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only.
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color (where applicable), please contact us at support@bavocado.com, and we’ll guide you through the process.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as they haven’t been shipped.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it’s no longer eligible for cancellation.
